What do I need to do to participate in the SMA® Baby Club rewards programme? / How do I join up to the SMA® Baby Club rewards programme?
You need to register with SMA® Baby Club, have a baby aged between 6 and 36 months old, buy one of the products listed below, take a picture of your receipt and upload it on the SMA® Baby Club rewards page to claim the cashback.

What do I need to do in order to get cashback?
You need to:
- Buy at least one of the products listed below
- Log in to SMA® Baby Club and open the rewards page
- Choose which offer you want to claim
- Click on the upload receipt icon
- Take a picture of your receipt
- 6. Enter your bank or PayPal details (only needed once)
- 7. You will receive £5 cashback upon uploading receipt of your first tin purchased and then £5 cashback for every third tin purchased

How will I know that my receipt has been successfully uploaded?
You will receive an email upon successful upload of your receipt.
You can also:
- Go to SMA® Baby Club rewards
- Click on My profile within the offer window.
- Click on My Purchases. Here you can get to know the status of all the claims which you have made.

How will I know that my receipt has been validated successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email. This may take up to 3 days.

How do I get my cashback?
We will send it to you directly via either your PayPal or Bank Account depending on the method you have chosen.
Once you have uploaded your first receipt, you will be prompted to register with the cashback platform by entering your First Name, Last Name, Gender and Date of Birth. You will then be asked to provide your PayPal or Bank Account details. You only have to provide these details once during your first claim. Please note that your payment details will only be used by Quotient in order to send cashback to you. These details will not be shared with SMA® Nutrition.

What do I need to do to be eligible for cashback?
You must be a member of SMA® Baby Club and your baby must be between 6 and 36 months.
For the welcome offers, you need to upload a qualifying receipt of the corresponding product on the SMA® Baby Club rewards page.
For the standard offers, you need to buy three tins of the corresponding product and upload the receipt(s) on SMA® Baby Club rewards page. Once the third tin has been successfully validated you will receive your cashback either via PayPal or into your bank account.

For the SMA® Baby Club rewards card, how is my baby’s age calculated?
It is based on the date of birth you entered when you registered with the SMA® Baby Club. If you think there has been a mistake, please edit your profile here.

What if I have 2 or more children?
The date of birth of your youngest registered eligible child (between 6 – 36 months old) will be used automatically. This is so that you can make the most of the savings available for the longest period of time. If you think there has been a mistake, or you’d like to check your baby’s date of birth information, you can view your profile here.

How long does each step take once I've uploaded my receipt?
- Uploading your receipt takes less than a few seconds depending on your internet connection/speed of the device you are using to upload
- Validating your receipt takes up to 3 days to be accepted
- Once accepted payment can take between 1-5 days

In order to send me my cashback on the SMA® Baby Club rewards card, how will you know whether I want to use PayPal or Bank transfer?
You will be prompted to select your preferred choice of payment method when you submit your first receipt. You can submit your first receipt here.

What details do I need to provide to get cashback by PayPal?
You need to provide us with your first name, last name, gender and date of birth to set up your profile and then provide the email address that you use for your PayPal account. You will be prompted to register with the cashback platform and your payment details once you have uploaded your first receipt using your SMA® Baby Club rewards card.

I don’t have a PayPal account. Do I need to create one first?
No, if you don’t have a PayPal account, just provide the email address you would like to use when prompted and an account will be automatically created for you by PayPal. You will then receive an email to this address from PayPal describing how to complete the account set up. Your cashback will then be waiting for you in this PayPal account. If you don’t want to use PayPal, you can choose a Bank transfer.

What details do I need to provide to you to get a Bank transfer?
You need to provide us with your first name, last name, gender and date of birth to set up your profile and then provide your sort code and account number. You need to do this within the SMA® Baby Club rewards card once you’ve uploaded your first receipt.

Will I get my cashback as soon as the receipt is validated?
No, once validated your cashback payment will need to be processed. This takes 1 working day and you will be notified by email once complete. The money will then take between 1 to 5 working days to appear in your account. This depends on the payment method chosen (PayPal or Bank transfer). This payment will appear as "Shopmium (Quotient Technology Limited)" or as "Bank Giro Credit Consumer Rebate AC" on your Bank or PayPal statement. Shopmium is the technology provider powering the SMA® Baby Club rewards cashback platform and Quotient is their parent company.

I don’t want to provide you my bank details, I’m not sure it’s secure.
The Quotient system uses the highest levels of security and adheres to industry best practices. Your bank details can only be used for crediting your account with the cashback. If you prefer you can select to use PayPal instead. You can make this choice within the SMA® Baby Club rewards page once you upload your first receipt.

How will the cashback appear on my bank statement?
The payments made by Shopmium into your bank account will appear as "Shopmium (Quotient Technology Limited)" or as "Bank Giro Credit Consumer Rebate AC". Shopmium is the technology provider powering the SMA® Baby Club rewards cashback platform and Quotient is their parent company.

Yes, you can claim multiple offers using the same receipt if you have purchased the number of tins required. You need to upload the same receipt to claim each offer.

- Log in to SMA® Baby Club and open the rewards page
- Choose which offer you want to claim
- Click on the upload receipt icon

Important notice
Breast milk is best for babies and breastfeeding should continue for as long as possible. SMA® PRO Follow-on Milk, SMA® ADVANCED Follow-on Milk and SMA® ORGANIC Follow-on Milk are only suitable for babies over 6 months, as part of a varied weaning diet. Not intended to replace breastfeeding. SMA® PRO Growing Up Milk is suitable for young children from 1-3 years, SMA® ORGANIC Growing Up Milk and SMA® ADVANCED Growing Up Milk are suitable for young children from the 12th month, as part of a healthy balanced diet and these are not a breast milk substitute.
